Where the Hirer and/or guests are permitted to bring their own drinks, the Hirer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that alcohol is consumed safely, legally and responsibly throughout the event.

The Hirer agrees that no alcohol will be supplied to, served to, or consumed by anyone under the age of 18, and that any guest who appears to be under 25 may be asked to provide valid photographic ID.

The Hirer must ensure that guests do not become excessively intoxicated, behave in a disorderly or unsafe manner, or cause disturbance, damage or nuisance to the venue, staff, neighbours or other users of the premises.

The Event Rooms reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry, stop alcohol consumption, remove alcohol from the premises, close the event early, and/or eject any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, unlawful, aggressive, intoxicated, disruptive or in breach of venue rules.

The Hirer acknowledges that failure to comply with these conditions may result in additional charges, cancellation of the event without refund, and/or refusal of future bookings.

The Hirer acknowledges that, for evening events, there is an additional £50 per hour fee, when bringing own drinks to cover the door staff required and that the venue's bar will remain closed throughout.
